Untuk Mengekalkan Nombor Lama
1. Login kat http://www.tonegroup.net/temms/login
2. Tekan Subscriber Care
3. Isikan Nombor lama dan Telco lama (Digi,Maxis,Celcom.etc)
Port-In Mobile number - Nombor Lama yang anda nak kekalkan
Current Service Provider- Telco Nombor Lama
Process Mengekalkan Nombor Lama (Port In) akan disiapkan dalam 48jam.
Selepas dah buat port in, gunakan simkad lama dulu, untuk sesetengah telco, anda perlu replykan sms pengesahan.
Contohnya : Digi kena reply Y, Maxis kena reply YES
Lepas reply sms pengesahan, tunggulah beberapa jam hingga line simkad lama putus, lepas line putus barulah tukar ke simkad baru. Maka you telahlah berjaya mengekalkan nombor lama dalam simkad Tone Excel ini.
Untuk Pilih Nombor Baru
Lepas anda mendaftarkan simkad ToneExcel anda ,
Anda akan menerima nombor Tone Excel yang baru.
Jika anda tidak suka nombor yang diberikan.
Anda boleh menukarnya kepada sebarang nombor pilihan anda melalui akaun Tunetalk Selfcare.

Isikan Simkad Tone Excel dalam handphone
Melawati laman web selfcare.tunetalk.com
2.
Tekan “Click Here" di tepi Forget Username/Password
3.
Tick "Forgot Password", Isikan IC anda dan Tone Excel number yang kompany bagikan bila daftar tadi, Tekan "Reset Password"
4.
Anda akan dapat password, bila password itu datang, tulis password itu dalam kertas atau buat screenshot, kerana password itu tak akan disavekan lepas u tekan "OK"
5.
Tekan Login.
Login dan Tukar password Tunetalk Selfcare yang baru
6.
Click " My Numbers"
*********DAN CLICK "Change Mobile Number" kat kiri
7.
Pilih 4 digit nombor belakang yang anda nak, contohnya "5678".
Lepas dah cari nombor yang anda nak, tick nombor tu, tekan "Submit" dan tekan "Confirm

To Remain Old Number
1. Login at www.toneexcel.com
2. Click Subscriber Care
3. Insert your old number and your old number service provider (Digi,Maxis,Celcom.etc)
Port-In Mobile number - Old Number that you want to remain
Current Service Provider- Old Number service provider
Remain number process (Port In) will complete in 48hours.
After you did the port in, you will still have to use your old sim card. For some service provider, you will receive a confirmation SMS, you must reply those sms
Example : Digi have to reply Y, Maxis have to reply YES
After reply the confirmation sms, wait a few hours for your network on your old sim card to cut off, after the line is cut off, switch to new sim card. Therefore you had success in remaining your old number in this ToneExcel sim card.
To Pick Yourself A New Number
When you register your Tone Excel Sim Card.
You will receive a new random tone excel number
If you don't like the number that are given
You can choose number that you like on your TuneTalk Selfcare.

Insert your Tone Excel sim card into your phone
Visit Selfcare.tunetalk.com
2.
Click “Click Here" besides Forget Username/Password
3.
Tick "Forgot Password", Fill in your IC and Tone Excel number that given to you when you register, click "Reset Password"
4.
You will then receive a password, when the password arrive, write it down on a paper or screenshot it, because the password will not be save after u click "OK"
5.
Click "Login".
Login and change yourself a new TuneTalk Selfcare Password.
6.
Click " My Numbers"
*********AND CLICK "Change Mobile Number" at the left
7.
Choose the 4 digit number that you want, as an example "5678".
After you choose the number that you want, tick the number, click "Submit" and click "Confirm

3. 输入你的旧号码 和 你久号码的service provider (Digi,Maxis,Celcom.etc)

保留号码 (Port In) 会在 48hours内完成.
你port in后, 你还需要用你的久Sim Card. 一些service provider, 他需要你回复确定要离开的SMS
例如 : Digi 需要回复 Y, Maxis 需要回复 YES
回复后, 需要等多几个钟, 等你的久sim card没线了，你才放进你的Tone Excel Sim Card. 这也代表你已经成功的在Tone Excel Sim Card 保留你的旧号码。
选自己喜欢的新号码
在你注册你的Tone Excel Sim Card后.
公司会给你一个号码
如果你不喜欢那个公司给你的号码的话
你可以在TuneTalk Selfcare 选择你自己想要的号码.

把你的Tone Excel sim card 放进你的电话里
到 Selfcare.tunetalk.com
2.
按 “Click Here" 在 Forget Username/Password 右边
3.
点 "Forgot Password", 输入你的 IC号码 和 刚刚你注册后公司给你的 Tone Excel 电话号码，输入后按"Reset Password"
4.
你会收到密码, 收到密码时马上写在一张纸上或者screen shot起来，因为你一按"OK"那个密码就消失了，他不会收藏在你的电话里
5.
按"Login"用那个密码登入后，换自己的号码
6.
按 " My Numbers"
********和按在左边的 "Change Mobile Number"
7.
选你自己喜欢的后面四个号码，比如 "5678".
你找到你要的号码过后, 点你要的号码 按 "Submit" 过后按 "Confirm"
